Tapes are classed as a semi-permanent method, lasting for 6-8 weeks at a time. After this wear-time is up you can remove the tape extensions and reuse them for many times. Reusing the hair is easy with our ready to fit retapes supplied with every order! We advise using salon quality shampoo on your tape extensions and protecting them from heat damage with a good heat protector and a nourishing oil on the ends.

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Packaging must remain with all labels.
